Three inch slats with one inch spaces. The products below are faced with Lab Design Laminates. While real wood veneer (Barnwood) is possible, this laminate facing option gives designers a uniform look from panel to panel. Any high pressure laminate will work!

Composition and Finish: Akupanel 3x1 is available with any available Resonance Acoustic color as a base panel, any ForesColor or MDF for a middle layer, and a wood veneer, high pressure laminate or a phenolic backed metal laminate to face the panel.

Size: 24” x 96” Thickness: 22mm (.866”)

Fire Test: The PET backer has a Flame Spread Index of 0 and a Smoke Developed Index of 350. The black thru colored MDF has a Flame Spread Index of 15 and a Smoke Developed Index of 5. Class A classification has Flame Spread Index of 0-25 with Smoke
Developed Index of 0-450.

***Please note if real wood veneers are used: Barnwood wood veneers are not selected from individual flitches, therefore variations in color, grain, texture, and figure will occur. Panel alignment within a given pattern cannot be guaranteed from panel to panel. it is the responsibility of the design professional to incorporate frames, reveals, etc… as needed to achieve the desired effect. High pressure laminatate may be used for more consistent colors, grains, textures, etc.

The core material of the PET and the wooden substrate materials are rated Class A.

Cleaning

PET: Spot clean using a mild water-free solvent, or dry cleaning product.
Slats/Facing: Wipe with a clean cloth and standard (non-clorine and non-amonia based) cleaner.
Clean only in a well ventilated room and avoid any product containing Carbon Tetra-chloride or other toxic materials. Do not use anything more abrasive than a cotton cloth on any part of the panel.

Storage and Installation Conditions

This video describes the desired conditions during the temporary storage (48 hours acclimatization) and the actual installation of the Clicwall panels. Four possible substructures for attaching Clicwall are also described.

Installation Instructions

Circle Cloud Baffle

The Circle Cloud Baffle has standard sizes of 48" and 24". The clouds measure (at a minimum) 9mm in thickness. They are available in all Resonance Acoustic Colors.

Hexagon Cloud Baffle

The Hexagon Cloud Baffle has standard sizes of 48" and 24". The clouds measure (at a minimum) 9mm in thickness. They are available in all Resonance Acoustic Colors.

Square and Rectangle Cloud Baffle

Square Cloud Baffles can be a maximum size of 48"x48" and Rectangle Cloud Baffles have a maximum size of 48"x96". The clouds measure (at a minimum) 9mm in thickness. They are available in all Resonance Acoustic Colors. Beveled edges are optional.
