Manufacturer Product Description

Metal Screens are made of mild steel that is laser cut with precision to create some very unique patterns. Once cut, a powder coat is applied to each screen to give the panel a clean, finished look. Our screens are available in 10 gauge (.1406” or about 3mm) thickness and in standard 4x8’s or possibly 4x10’s (depends on the pattern chosen).

Each screen will weigh anywhere from 30lbs up to 120lbs depending on the design.

Custom screens are definitely a possibility, however, we ask that you have an AutoCAD file available and exact sizes needed in order for us to get a price.

Pricing custom screens may take up to 4-5 business days.

Samples, Color and Material Review

Use a physical sample to evaluate color, texture, sheen, scale and material variation under the lighting conditions planned for the project. Digital images are useful for initial selection, but screen settings and photography cannot fully represent the installed material. Natural, recycled and batch-produced surfaces may exhibit variation that should be considered during specification and layout.

Project Coordination

Before ordering, confirm current dimensions, thickness, edge or backing requirements, fabrication methods, installation instructions, lead time, code documentation and maintenance guidance with Roos International or the manufacturer. Verify suitability for the intended substrate, environment and application, and coordinate seams, transitions and pattern direction where multiple pieces are used.
